I wouldn’t say I’m a perfume connoisseur because first of all, I can’t afford a lot of it but I have a good stash of perfume for women sitting on my cake stand on top of my dresser. (lakas maka Pinterest basic bitch di ba?).
One of my pet peeves is kabantutan. No no no to baho. Mas gusto ko pa yung panget na hygienic kesa sa gwapong amoy diablo.
I’m rambling again…
Perfume for Women
Anyway, as you can see from the photo above, mauubos na yung Chanel so if bet niyo ko regaluhan, I’m willing to receive naman (walang char, basta wag mga made in Singapore eme eme.). I like most scents but one type of scent that I don’t really find appealing is powdery, I dunno, amoy kulob para saken. I gravitate towards flowery scents because I’m a soft, attractive and sweet young lady. (lavan!)
Before we get to my favorite perfume for women, I just want to tell you guys na all of the reviews in this blog ay honest and from experience. You will usually find the products na gamit na or may kulis kulis na sa packaging kasi matagal ko na nagamit. Hindi naman consignment or Avon ang blog ko. Hindi ako tindera, I give genuine reviews and I will not write a review kung isang beses ko lang ginamit ang product like yung ibang mga echuserang kekang jan.
Before my blog turns into a rant, let’s get to spraying!
Feminine Daily Scent
Ed Hardy Hearts and Daggers.
This scent is what I prefer for daily use. First of all, the price point is not Pretensyosa. The sillage is adequate (yung tipong kahit d mo ko amuyin maamoy mo ko because it lingers in the air) which is something I look for in a perfume. I don’t want to buy perfumes that I’m the only one who’s going to be able to take a whiff of. Gusto ko pag dadaan ako ang reaction is “Mmmm ang bango may dumaan na anghel. Amoy vavaeng marangal” (cheesy but true).
It smells similar to Chanel Chance but a stronger version and a lighter version of Victoria’s Secret Bombshell. It doesn’t last very long. For me, it lasts about 4 hours. I read that it has a cheaper EDT version but this one is the one that I’ve been using since 2010 pa and J’adore! Parang ang amoy mo dito is nang-aakit. Malandi BUT… Mamahalin. Ganyan ang atake ng scent na ito for me.
Up next is something that I discovered around 2014 pa…
This type of scent is the freshest for me. I like it better than the crowd’s favorite Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue. This scent smells like fresh laundry mixed with citrus. (ang weird noh? amoy labada at Joy dish-washing liquid pero bet ko)
The reason why I like this is because it lasts so long and you only need to spray a little bit of it. The sillage and longevity are at par with each other. This is the type of perfume for women that you’d wear on a day in the sun while doing activities such as shopping/baking/carpentry/belly dancing/boyfriend stealing/running/zumba/modeling/fortune telling and lahat lahat ng nakakapawis na activity.
It’s a day time perfume for me, if I want to switch it up and have a date with someone na bigatin like Mayor or Gov, I go with…
My Date Night Scent
Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel
I think that this scent is very classic but not amoy-lupa like Chanel No. 5. This perfume for women has enough musk and even though the scent might not be appealing to youngsters, I can say that this appeals to the woman in her late 20’s ++; the one who wants to rise above the studio apartment and marry well (lol charot).
I’ve gotten good compliments with this especially from men. I don’t know, maybe it smells sexy to them? It is a little fruity but mostly it’s musky. The scent gets better on my skin as time passes by, mas nagiging light and natural siya. I highly recommend this for date nights and kung wala kang date, mag Warm Cotton ka na lang to keep you warm at night (eme).
I’ve discovered affordable and really good smelling colognes if you want something lighter. Read about them HERE.
