Fab-u-Lose Slim and Fit Herbal Jelly Stick is not a part of Philippines diet pills per se as it’s not a pill.
I’m going to talk about its efficacy and how it can accompany your weight-loss goals.
I’ve had my fair share with dietary supplements that curb the appetite.
I started really early from trying Ballerina, Slimina, Metabotrim, Pearl White, and the list goes on and on.
As a naturally chubby person, weight-loss was my obsession.
I kind of let go of myself for the past few years and now, I need to be back on track.
How will I get a sugar daddy with all this body-yawdy-yawdy?!
Fab-U-Lose Slim and Fit Herbal Jelly Stick: Philippines Diet Pills Review
I’m actually in a rush to go to church but I’m going to make this review as quick and informative as I can in an hour.
This Herbal Jelly Stick has an ugly packaging but what I like about it is the sticks are separated by sachets.
According to what’s written, it shouldn’t be taken by pregnant women.
They also warn that if you’re below 18 or a nursing mother, you should consult your physician before trying it out.
Psyllium Husk (Plantago Ovata) Powder, Guyabano (Annona Muricata), White Kidney Bean (Phaseolus Vulgaris) Extract, Black Tea Leaf Extract, Acai Berry (Euterpe Oleracea) Fruit Extract, Green Tea (Camellla Sinensis) Leaf Extract, Beetroot (Beta Vulgaris), L-Carnitine Powder, Ascorbic Acid, Probiotic Powder, Citric Acid and Stevia (Stevia Rebaudiana) Leaf Extract
It’s instructed to be taken in ones or twos followed by a glass of warm water prior to dinner.
With my experience from Philippines diet pills, I know that most of them won’t help you get a good night’s sleep.
Some of them make you sweat a lot and perk you up so I don’t take it as instructed.
What I do is take one jelly stick before lunch.
My cravings are nowhere to be found for the whole day.
I also find myself more energetic and it greatly helps me because I’m trying to do cardio exercises again.
When I work-out, it helps me sweat a lot more.
The taste is very yummy for a dietary supplement.
Fab-U-Lose Slim and Fit Herbal Jelly Stick doesn’t make my heart palpitate and it doesn’t make my feet cold like from other Philippines diet pills.
It just makes my body feel warmer which isn’t a big issue for me.
I’m currently trying to eliminate rice from my diet and substituting it with healthier carbs like sweet potatoes or cardava banana (saging na saba).
I find that rice is evil when you’re trying to lose weight.
The Herbal Jelly Stick makes me feel full even without rice in my system.
It’s a big thing because rice is a staple food for a Filipina like me.
I really like it and I’ll update you guys about it.
For 400 PHP, you already have 10 sachets so it’s good for 10 days if you’re only using 1 stick a day.
It doesn’t have a gross taste and I don’t feel any adverse side-effects from it.
I’m not recommending dietary supplements to you guys.
All I’m doing is reviewing this product and whatever you do with your own life is your decision.
I’m not your mother, bye Felicia (so 2016).
