Best cheap toner in Philippines 2018
Let me preface this by saying that there are a lot of toners available in the Philippines. I’m just going to base the best cheap toner by popularity and price.
When I say popular, I mean something that’s easily available nationwide. Something that you can buy from Watsons, Mercury Drug, Pure Gold, 7-Eleven, Ministop, Family Mart, Your Suking Tindahan, and etc.
Before you continue, you must know what a toner does to your skin.
A toner’s main job is to further cleanse your face and it’s a must-have if you wear makeup regularly.
We can’t compromise our skin so you need a good toner especially if you have oily skin wherein dirt from the environment or from cosmetics easily cling to.
Best Cheap Toner from the Philippines 2018
I’m going to separate the sections by skin type.
In no way am I a dermatologist.
My suggestion of a product is based on its ingredients and from my research with skin care.
If you feel irritation, quit the product immediately. Throw it away along with the photographs of your ex-boyfriend.

I think that all Filipinos know Eskinol. I’m positive that it’s the first toner that I’ve tried, or Pond’s.
When I had acne breakouts in my teen years, I’ve tried the Dalacin-C + Eskinol, combo which did more harm than good.
Eskinol toner is a good product when used alone but it’s just not for my dry and sensitive skin.
Toners from Eskinol always smell fresh and clean.
Quite a bummer because my face can’t handle too much perfumes.
If you don’t have sensitive skin, I think that you should check it out.
My personal recommendation if you have oily and non-sensitive skin is the Eskinol Papaya Smooth White Facial Deep Cleanser.
We all know that Papaya is a very powerful fruit that helps whiten the skin.
Eskinol is amazing with picking up dirt so you get 2 benefits in 1 bottle.
I could sniff an Eskinol bottle for a whole day, I just love it!

Another option of cheap toner in Philippines for oily and non-sensitive skin is the Ovale Anti Acne Facial lotion.
It’s a product from Indonesia and it has a lot of rave reviews. Its key ingredients are very powerful yet it’s sold in a very friendly price of 69 PHP per 100ml.
Contains AHA which is perfect for someone with oily skin as it is a very effective yet gentle exfoliant.
Please don’t play with it if you have sensitive skin. Alcohol and fragrance are a bit potent.

Best Cheap Toner for Combination Skin (Not Sensitive)

For some reason, I don’t like how the Pond’s White Beauty Toner smells like.
It’s a little too floral and unpleasant (that’s just me).
I prefer something citrus when it comes to skin care products.
A citrus scent evokes a feeling of being clean and fresh.
What’s special about the Pond’s White Beauty toner is it contains dimethicone, which is amazing in protecting your skin from the city gunk.
It also comes with a sunscreen so I think it’s an amazing day-time toner.
The reason why I’m recommending it to people with Combination Skin Type is because it is not as drying as the Eskinol Papaya Smooth White Deep Facial Cleanser.
It has JUST THE RIGHT amount of ingredients to cleanse the face of someone with combination skin.

Before I gush about this best cheap toner from the Philippines (I’m a bit biased), you have to know that I have dry and sensitive skin. (Know your skin type here for FREE)
The reason why it’s my favorite is because it’s so hard to find inexpensive skin care products for people with sensitive skin like I do.
I’m thankful because Celeteque is a skin care brand from the Philippines which offers skin-friendly products for the dry Pinay. (I’m rhyming, give me some credit)
It is alcohol-free, non-comedogenic (won’t clog your pores), hypo-allergenic (no skin irritants), and fragrance-free.
The Celeteque toner picks up ample amount of dirt and doesn’t strip skin off natural oils.
It’s pricier than the 2 products above but I’m willing to pay double if it means having clear skin.

I hope that I was able to help you find the best cheap toner for your skin type.
