Happy Single Awareness Day! You can edit that greeting into whatever your current relationship status is and I could care less. What’s more important than V-Day for a single girl like me is this Silka Premium Whitening Body Wash Review and that’s what we’re going to focus on.
If you’ve been reading Filipinow, you may be aware that Papaya is my favorite skin whitening fruit. My only problem with it is that most papaya soaps in the market don’t lather very well so today, I’m going to share something that you might grant a permanent residency with in your bathroom.
Silka Premium Whitening Body Wash Review by Amanda of Filipinow
Silka has been in the skin whitening game for years but because of my unwavering loyalty to Likas Papaya, I’ve just been ignoring its call.
However, when I saw that they offered Papaya soap in a body wash form sitting proudly on the toiletrie aisle in a convenience store, Chris Brown’s song “Loyal” started playing in my head.
From the get-go, there wasn’t anything that would entice me from the packaging’s aesthetics. The only thing that really lured me into buying it is that it’s a papaya soap in body wash form.
Bottle is a bit flimsy and the overall look is just… boring.
Enjoy a new bathing experience with Silka Premium Papaya Whitening Body Wash! Silka Premium Papaya Whitening Body Wash cleanses without washing away your skin’s natural nutrients.
Formulated with gentle non-soap surfactants that provide a rich, creamy lather for that luxurious feel.
Enriched with Natural papaya Enzyme and Vitamin B3 plus Advanced Whitening Complex that help lighten skin tone.
Let’s head on to less trivial matters and focus on the most important part of this Silka Premium Whitening Body Wash Review…
Scent is so unappealing to me as it delivers a whiff of cheap hair conditioner.
Apart from that, I LOVE IT!
True to its claim, lather is rich and will give you a truly enjoyable shower experience (apart from the constant inhalation of the bad fragrance).
Added to that, I feel squeaky clean yet not too dry after every use.
I’ve used it with a loofah and direct application and have thoroughly been satisfied by both ways.
Furthermore, I like how it contains Niacinamide (one of my favorite skin whitening ingredients), Carica Papaya Enzyme, and Glycerin.
My skin didn’t feel itchy and it often gets that way as I have dry and sensitive skin.
In terms of skin whitening, I’ve only been using it for less than 2 weeks and Papaya works gradually but surely in whitening overall skin tone so that’s yet to be seen but from the ingredients list alone, it’s a no-brainer that it will indeed, help lighten your skin overtime.
