Bath and Body Works Super Rich Body Wash Review 2019
March 6, 2019
This is possibly the longest title in my blog. I mean… Bath and Body Works Super Rich Body Wash Review 2019! I’m not sure if anybody has the time to type this in Google but if you’ve stumbled upon this post by doing so, wow!
Anyway, enough venting. I got this product in Sweet Pea from my aunt. I’ve used countless variants of Bath and Body Works products but today is actually the first time that I’m reviewing something from the brand.
Bath and Body Works Super Rich Body Wash Review by Amanda of Filipinow
I have no reason to hate the packaging. Product is contained in a sturdy plastic hot pink tube.
Fonts used are readable and I love how the texts are in different translations. Inclusion at its finest!
The complete ingredients list was also included and one tube contains a generous amount of 296ml body wash.
It contains sunflower oil but for some reason, it still smells a little fruity to me; think of grapes, strawberries, and champagne.
That’s from another brand Amanda!
To be honest, I prefer fruity scents over floral ones in the shower. I just feel like I’m being cleansed better once I know my voluptuous body is being nourished with Vitamin C.
Yes, my body is voluptuous, not fat. Deal with it Jessie.
Let’s continue this Bath and Body Works Super Rich Body Wash Review with the…
Sweet Pea is a super-rich moisturizing body wash. Infused with sweet pea, watery pear and sheer freesia with shea butter + coconut oil + cocoa butter.
Proven to moisturize after just 1 shower.
Rich, Creamy Lather
Amazing Feel and Fragrance
I’m a little disappointed with the description as it lacks a story. I was expecting something like…
Let this elixir help you forget the stress that this cosmopolitan world offers. Bask into a sea of flowers with… Bath and Body Works Super Rich Moisturizing Body Wash Sweet Pea *insert a woman in a pink chiffon dress laying on a bed of sunflowers*
Anyway, that didn’t happen so let’s move on to what’s really important in this Bath and Body Works Super Rich Body Wash Review.
True to its claim, the texture of the body wash is very rich. It’s like applying butter on the skin.
However, it does not lather well when used as a standalone product.
I’ve used this both with a loofah and without. The lather of it is so astounding when used with one.
Not to make a corny pun but a pea-sized amount is literally all you’ll need to wash your whole body with this Sweat Pea.
Scent is very enjoyable in the shower and I find that the smell lingers on my body for a good 2 hours when used with a loofah.
Fragrance lingers more without a loofah or a washcloth and the skin will feel more moisturized but it will get kind of pricey to cover the whole body regularly.
Long story short, it’s a fun product to have happier showers but if you’re planning to utilize it as a skin care product to target hydration, this isn’t it.
Retails at only 13~ USD, a true steal!
