BYS Loose Powder Review

I’ve noticed that I’ve been posting a lot of skincare content lately that I’ve already neglected a portion of my readers. Today, I’m going to redeem myself with this BYS Loose Powder review.

Let me preface this by saying that this review is not sponsored in any way. Everything that I will write here is only influenced by my own experiences.

BYS Loose Powder Review

by Amanda of Filipinow

I’m not new to using BYS products. It’s something that’s not used by a lot of makeup aficionados and I’m not one so maybe it’s the very reason why I’m still purchasing their products.

A lot of people are saying that the things in BYS’s arsenal of products are mediocre at best and don’t have any business in charging the way they do. However, for some reason, I’m always drawn to buying their products.

Maybe it’s because of the way they package their products or maybe it’s my lack of makeup knowledge. Let’s not dwell in this je ne sais quoi further and let’s get to it!

My Experience

BYS Loose Powder review inside

A powder’s job is to prevent oil and sweat to creep out from your face and this powder is able to do that.

However, please know that the lasting power is not impressive as it can only block these pesky bodily excretions for an hour at most.

What I like about the BYS Loose Powder is its packaging as I’ve already dropped it multiple times and it still looks good as new.

Coverage is non-existent and the powder clings to dry areas.

The scent is pleasant and the powder is finely-milled which makes for ease of application.

If I recall correctly, it doesn’t offer many shades and that’s also a con. I barely use powders because I have dry skin and I only use it to stop sweating so one powder lasts forever for me.

Final Words

It retails for 300 PHP if I’m not mistaken and I think that you could get better products for this price point.

The BYS Loose Powder will indeed last me a lifetime because I have no intention of using it again.
